Festival 2100 brings together experienced instructors, educators and trainee mentors to create an active learning environment for young people. Community members and regeneration stewards can participate as trainee mentors, working alongside the Festival teaching teams while developing their own experience in experiential learning, group facilitation and regeneration transitions.

Put your learning into practice as part of the Festival team.

The Festival 2100 Mentor Program provides participants in the Community Program and Regeneration Steward Program with an opportunity to develop their skills through supervised participation in Festival 2100.

Trainee mentors work alongside experienced Festival instructors, supporting activities, small-group learning and the different experiential areas of the Festival. The role provides a bridge between learning through the programs and applying that learning with young people in a real educational setting.

People interested in becoming mentors who are not yet participating in one of these programs can explore the two learning pathways and choose the one that best matches their interests.
